Stop by Dunkin Donuts in Lockport on March 4th and often!

I’m sure many folks will go to Dunkin Donuts between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. tomorrow because coffee sales will benefit Monica Jex, widow of Army Specialist Albert Jex, killed in Iraq. I’m sure Mr. Patel, the owner, will feel a sense of satisfaction for helping this woman, just as he does when he’s helping the Red Cross, Dale Assoc., and other local organizations. He helps his community because it’s the right  thing to do.

Considering the fact that vicious, untruthful emails will continue to cast negativity on this business despite attempts to stop it, we might all consider that Mr. Patel is also an innocent victim of sorts. I am hoping that the community will come back again after the benefit to support Monica, and will show support for Mr. Patel, his business and all the employees who make their living at this local store. Do it because it’s the right thing to do.
